I recently decided to adopt a pug as opposed to buying one from a breeder. I submitted my adoption application because I fell in love with Frank only to find out there is more than likely a waiting list for him. A little disappointing... acutally a lot disappointing. :( It's terrible when you find a little dog you think could be perfect and you haven't even been approved yet...
